Purchase online was easy and painless.
Delivery made on day specified and in time slot notified by text the day before.
Wasn't till after driver left I noticed a hole in the side of the box and found a damaged bracket and fascia.
I phoned customer services on the number given in the order confirmation and was quickly put through to someone who took details. Instead of offering a new fire they arranged to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. promising them in a matter of days. No apologies or pleasantries but efficient nevertheless. Being sceptical about the time scale I followed this up with an email so the matter was writing. I didn't get any reply but the next day I received a text saying the replacements would be with me the day after and sure enough they were. covered in reams of bubble wrap and cling film. It was evident from the labels on the box that the manufacturer had sent them out by 24 hour courier and so in turn had fires-cookers.co.uk.
