Great range of products - delivered exactly as requested - great service overall and have told all family and friends to look into this site as I was realy impressed!
When I purchased the item I did not know that the product was not in stock, this could have been down to me not reading the emails properly though, but I was contacted by phone a few days later saying that item was back in stock and would be delivered the next day, which I was very happy about. All this taken into consideration the item was received by me within a standard delivery time any way and am very pleased about the entire purchase. Thank you very much.
Needed the item to be delivered within the stated delivery date. Was not notified that the item would be late. Had to purchase elsewhere.
I thought the site was very easy to navigate, including ordering etc. Delivery was exactly as promised. Overall 5*
The purchase experience was good EXCEPT that on the website I clicked on from the default delivery date (Wednesday) to the following Monday. Then a screen came up that said 'Problem with delivery' or something like that, then it changed the delivery to the default date which was not convenient to me. Customer Service said the delivery date couldn't be altered. However my neighbour was able to take delivery of the parcel on the Wednesday and it all worked OK in the end.
