Expected delivery of Wednesday. Called at 3pm to say would be Thursday. Spent another day sat waiting. Called them late afternoon to be told we were never down for Thursday and it would be Friday. Spent another day sat waiting, eventually delivered late afternoon. Having taken 3 days off work awaiting the delivery it is very unlikely that I would use or recommend as they can not repay the loss of earnings.

Great range of products - delivered exactly as requested - great service overall and have told all family and friends to look into this site as I was realy impressed!
When I purchased the item I did not know that the product was not in stock, this could have been down to me not reading the emails properly though, but I was contacted by phone a few days later saying that item was back in stock and would be delivered the next day, which I was very happy about. All this taken into consideration the item was received by me within a standard delivery time any way and am very pleased about the entire purchase. Thank you very much.
Needed the item to be delivered within the stated delivery date. Was not notified that the item would be late. Had to purchase elsewhere.
