Oyyy where excellent on delivery & packaging,unfortnatly the product was described as 2x paper trays but it has a photo & paper tray & i cant find out how to print Envolopes, but the photo side of it is brilliant.

It's very irritating to not be able to add an item to my shopping basket without leaving the page I'm looking at. Give me a "Buy" option for each product on the search results screen - don't make me click through to each individual product, click buy and then navigate my way back to the results page. Who ever thought that was a good idea for busy customers wanting to buy 3 items at once? Painful.

First time I have bought from OYYY. I bought because the price was the best for the item I wanted. Ordering was straightforward, delivery tracking very easy and the express delivery turned up when expected. I have not yet had need to test how good customer support is but I would be very happy to use OYYY again if the price was right.
