I was after a fax machine and a colour printer. I wasn't sure whether to get 2 machines or an all in one machine so I gave Printerland a call. I was very glad I did as the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and talked me through a range of options. I eventually went for a Brother MFC9840 which has all the features I require and its wireless. Delivery was free and it arrived the next day. Excellent service, superb staff. I will definitely be using Printerland again.
I was getting annoyed with my old printer due to the high costs of replacement toners. I rang Printerland and they talked me through a range of much cheaper options and answered all of my questions. I went for a Xerox 8860 printer which as well as producing excellent print quality, the running costs are a fraction of my old printer. The service I received from Printerland was first class. They genuinely care about their customers. It makes a refreshing change.
