Excellent experience from start to finish, they kept me informed when appliance was in and to be delivered better than going to Currys and being riped off, well done Redhill Appliances
We did have a call letting us know the day of delivery, but your web site says that before nine o'clock on day of delivery an e-mail would be sent advising of time. We did not receive any such e-mail, so we were rather concerned if we would have delivery that day at all. Your telephone was constantly busy when we tried to get some information.
Fortunately the fridge arrived on the day.
Brilliant price, a bit of a wait for delivery from manufacturer, but after that a prompt delivery.
Ordered on a sunday, not heard by wednesday - my wife phoned. Told not in stock, tried to ring/e-mail. I phoned wed evening, staff very confused as 7 in stock - sorted very quickly and amicably.
order taking, confirmation and immed. call to advise product not in stock hence delay on delivery--excellent.
Then SILENCE until I rang, AFTER revised delivery date, to ascertain status. Told further delay of c 2weeks. Also original (at time of order) quote of 7 - 10 days to delivery then changed to 'working days'.
