Ordered on a sunday, not heard by wednesday - my wife phoned. Told not in stock, tried to ring/e-mail. I phoned wed evening, staff very confused as 7 in stock - sorted very quickly and amicably.

order taking, confirmation and immed. call to advise product not in stock hence delay on delivery--excellent.
Then SILENCE until I rang, AFTER revised delivery date, to ascertain status. Told further delay of c 2weeks. Also original (at time of order) quote of 7 - 10 days to delivery then changed to 'working days'.

I was given a delivery of 7 10 days after placing my order for a Miele cleaner with you.I was told I would get a phone call when this product was ready for delivery to me. After 14 days, I had to make phone call as no one had bothered to call me. I was told my order was due in later in the week. I then recieved my credit card statement and was shocked to see I had been charged already for my order. I then had to make yet another phone call only to be told that there was a shortage of this product. I was then given a date for delivery. This is now into the 4TH WEEK. I eventually received the cleaner only to find that it would not even work. I made yet another phone call and was later advised that I would be sent a carton to return the product to the supplier.

Yesterday I made yet another phone call to find out when I could expect my product. I was then given a phone number to make my own enquiries.

It is now 5 WEEKS since I ordered from this company. I have been charged for a product

Excellent website and customer service. Delivery very unhelpful. Left appliance on door step with no offer of help to site appliance inside of house. Appliance on door step for over 4 hours until my son arrived to carry it inside. Part of packaging ripped with some scratches on top surface.
