Excellent website and customer service. Delivery very unhelpful. Left appliance on door step with no offer of help to site appliance inside of house. Appliance on door step for over 4 hours until my son arrived to carry it inside. Part of packaging ripped with some scratches on top surface.
i placed my order for a caple wine cooler with redhill appliances. within an hour i had a call to let me know my order had been received and delivery had been arranged for 3 days later and i would get an email before 8.30 on the delivery day with a 3 hour time slot. this wasnt neccesary though as the driver turned up at 7.45!! all aspects of ordering were simple and precise and the sales department were very helpful (i think i spoke with tony) and the delivery driver was very courteous and polite. I would recommend redhill appliances to anyone!!!
The only comment is that I was told that I would be informed of a time slot for delivery. In fact, the e-mail containing this information was sent not long after the delivery was made; the delivery man had to suffer my wife in her dressing gown!. This is in no way a complaint, but it would have been better if the e-mail had been sent the day before... I know, however that this may not be possible.
Information for pricerunner... if you make an error on this page (by not selecting an option above), when you click "go back" to correct it, the text you have entered is lost. Issuing a page back would avoid this.

Ordered what was claimed to be in stock on 3rd Sept. Told it would be 7-10 working days. Rang today (11 working days)as I had heard nothing. Told it would be delivered on 5th October, as they only deliver on Mondays and we are not available for the next two Mondays (we were not told this either when we ordered). All that before we have received the goods convinces me I would recommend NOT to use them. Please do not share with Redhill until AFTER I have received the goods, then you may do so.
