Ordering was fine and the price was good but we could not tell whether the product was in stock or how soon it would be delivered. We were not told when it would be delivered, the e-mails from Kitchen Science did not give a day and their answer to our e-mailed question about delivery was neither clear nor timely. In the end it turned up unannounced when noone was in and was taken in by a neighbour with no note left for us to that effect. The neighbour brought it round late that night.

012 594 47 - Webside easy to use. Very quick delivery.

Only thing is I took out the extended warranty for 3 years but have not received any documentation.
