a pleasure to do business on such a professional site, lots of confidence, thank you very much for a good experience, and a nice cup of tea! (I bought a kettle).
Purchase experience was excellent, but the delivery of the goods was highly unsatisfactory. The delivery men brought the washing machine, still on its wooden pallet, into the kitchen and proceeded to drag it across the laminate floor and therefore scratching it. Instead of apologising, they pointed out other extremely faint scratches, and as the floor was already scratched, it didn't matter! I have never met such sullen, unfriendly and uncaring delivery men. They should have unpacked the washing machine BEFORE bringing it into the kitchen as there was adequate space to do this. On this basis I would not use Kitchen Science again.
Purchasing was easy. The radio is excellent and very good value for money.
Price was very good. I received confirmation e.mail and a txt the day before delivery to confirm delivery arrangements. Delivery men early, helpful and polite. From my experience I would definitely buy from them again. (Happy with the Bosch washing machine too)
