ordered a couple of cards on the monday and even though i didnt get a auto confermation for goods dispatched my order was with me next day then realised they were jsut round the corner from me so with a quick phone call they were more then happy for me to pop in to pick up a couple more bits they guys there were down to earth and even though were extreamly busy they were more than happy to help

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Bought a 16GB micro SD card & reader. It was faulty, so rang and they said send it back and we will replace within 7 days. 3 weeks later, no return so rang, they said they would send out another one. 1 week later still no delivery so rang again, said would post out again(?) and would be with me by 1pm following day. Following day, no delivery so rang again and asked for a refund, was told the refund would be with me within 2 working days. 3 working days later no refund, so rang again. Said they would contact their accounts dept and ring me back by 5pm that day. No phone call. Rang the following day and requested an email confirming they would be refunding my payment so that I could get my credit card company to chase it from there. By following day no email arrived. Requested email again. told me he would do it there and then. Following day no email. This story goes on, but I've run out of space to tell it (1000 letter max)

Ordered an "R4 card", money was taken from account 3 days later. A week later item had still not been received. Checked order status on website but was not recognised. Rang MM & was told that there's no record of my order & how every 1 in 2000 orders disappear. Was promised item would be posted immediately. Gave it 4 more days but item still didnt arrive. Rang MM and was told they were having problems with Royal Mail. I said if item didn't arrive the next day I would cancel the order, then he then hung up on me! Rang back & said due to the bad service I wanted the order cancelled & a full refund. Was told that I would be refunded in 7 days & to return item when it arrives. Came back from holiday 3 weeks later & item had still not arrived & still no refund. So rang MM again but just being fobbed off now. Item ordered 5 weeks ago, refund requested 4 weeks ago, but still nothing. Now in contact with Trading Standards.

Orded a 2gb twin pack of SD Cards 0n 14th July waited two weeks
nothing arrived. Phoned them was told they would send out
another pack waited and waited still nothing, so phoned them
again. Was told no item has been re sent so that was lie number
one of many more to come.They told me that they would send out
another pack recorded post. So waited and waited phoned back
they ensured me it was sent out and gave me a tracking number.
Waited and kept checking nearly two weeks later item was
signed for but not by me and not at my address so phoned them
up again. Told me a load of rubbish what they probarly did was
gave me someone else's track number to keep me quiet anyway.
They said thay will send out another one and send me track
number two days later still no track number so yes you guest

but this one did not exsit so rang them back and set them
straight and requested a money refund but still waitin
