Moby Memory - Information

Ordered 16gb msd over 2 weeks ago, after 5 emails just one response? and 2 phone calls i have finally canceled the order, absolutely useless. would have been quicker to send it by pigeon. Will go elsewhere from now on even if it costs more :-)
I ordered a memory card on 25th Feb and paid immediately. I have not received an invoice of any kind. I waited a week then e-mailed asking for an update on my order which has been ignored. I have tried the phone numbers on the contact us page which just ring into answerphone. I had previously used moby memory for cards a couple of years back and they were good, after this time I would not use them again - I'm hoping to get my money back or memory card but as yet I've had no contact from them to give me any hope.... I continue to wait.
2 weeks after my order, no e-mails, no invoice, no memory card. They have my money and my memory card. They do not answer their phones and do not reply to e-mails. I would never buy from them again.
