Summary

I ordered Sandisk CF cards for next day delivery in April. Wrong goods sent several weeks later. Returned at my own expense. Still waiting almost five months later for the correct goods, or a credit card refund. The retailer claims a full refund has been made, but despite promises, has not produced the proof that he claims to have. The credit card company confirm no refund has been made. All reported as a dispute to the credit card company, and to Trading Standards.

It's a shame, as this used to be a good company. I would rather spend extra from another supplier than order from them again.

I had a similar experience with mobymemory.com in the past (a couple of years back - no problem) but having ordered and paid with a debit card for a memory card and a blootooth car speaker on June 26th, I have received nothing. Several emails were ignored, and their sales "service" phone is not manned and you can't leave a message (just as well I guess). My bank tells me that with a debit card they cannot recover my money so unless mobymemory decide to honour their part of the bargain I need to look to ways of suing them. Will I use them again in the future? Oh, c'mon!

I don't know if these guys are plain fraudsters or are just taking their time. It is two weeks now they took my GBP22 for a micro SD and a USB reader. I have recived nothing since. Instead, they've ignored all my emails until I threatened to phone my credit card issuer and raise my concerns with them. They then said that things get lost in the post and asked me to fill in a replacement form. That's three days ago so had they really replaced it and sent it 1st class I should already have received the memory.

I've sent them more emails asking whether they've shipped the replacement memory - they were ALL ignored. There's a guy who picks the phone up one out of ten. He will consult something for a few minutes and then re-assure you one way or another. DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS. They are either fraudsters or plain incompetent. I am giving them the benefit of the Royal Mail doubt for one more day - then I am calling my credit card issues and Worldpay (to let them know that they serve a s

Ordered 16gb msd over 2 weeks ago, after 5 emails just one response? and 2 phone calls i have finally canceled the order, absolutely useless. would have been quicker to send it by pigeon. Will go elsewhere from now on even if it costs more :-)
