Summary

Orded a 2gb twin pack of SD Cards 0n 14th July waited two weeks
nothing arrived. Phoned them was told they would send out
another pack waited and waited still nothing, so phoned them
again. Was told no item has been re sent so that was lie number
one of many more to come.They told me that they would send out
another pack recorded post. So waited and waited phoned back
they ensured me it was sent out and gave me a tracking number.
Waited and kept checking nearly two weeks later item was
signed for but not by me and not at my address so phoned them
up again. Told me a load of rubbish what they probarly did was
gave me someone else's track number to keep me quiet anyway.
They said thay will send out another one and send me track
number two days later still no track number so yes you guest
it i phoned them again. So they gave me another tracking number
but this one did not exsit so rang them back and set them
straight and requested a money refund but still waitin

I ordered Sandisk CF cards for next day delivery in April. Wrong goods sent several weeks later. Returned at my own expense. Still waiting almost five months later for the correct goods, or a credit card refund. The retailer claims a full refund has been made, but despite promises, has not produced the proof that he claims to have. The credit card company confirm no refund has been made. All reported as a dispute to the credit card company, and to Trading Standards.

It's a shame, as this used to be a good company. I would rather spend extra from another supplier than order from them again.
