UK Sport Imports - Information

I brought a cross trainer from uk sports and so far very pleased with the level of service and the friendly nature of the business. I called to ask a number of questions before calling back to order and was amazed that i spoke to the same person and he remembered who i was! That just does not happen now adays with most companies you normally end up going though to a large call centre and being told something different every time you call! The machine was delivered on time which was great, i upgraded to a next day delivery service, the machine BH OCEAN PROGRAM G-2345 from what i understand are built by a are built by a spanish firm, This i did not find a problem as all of the Warrenty is handled direct from the company. Other websites and companys do sell the same product but from what i understand the warrenty is handled by the manufacturer in spain, when i questioned the man at UK Sport Imports about this and why they handled the warrenty they did advice me that they found the delay c
