LambdaTek - Information

I ordered several laptops from different shops (Tesco, dabs.com, Currys) - all had problems, either sending me the wrong thing or going out of stock after I placed the order, or sending me malfunctioning products. LambdaTek was fast, cheap and efficient - they delivered what they said they would when they said they would.

This was the 1st time I have used LambdaTek. I found they had the best price (by a significant margin) over all the other online shops I visited.

The website was easy to use and stated they had stock. You read so much about many of the low price online retailers that take your money and then provide poor/no service but I figured LambdaTek were worth a try.

Ordered Friday afternoon and received confirmation of order staright away. Following Monday morning I received a dispatch confirmation email and item arrived next day. Excellent service.

I then received a follow up email a couple of days later asking if I had received the goods yet and if not to contact the company. All in all one of the best online shopping experiences I have had.

My only minor gripe is the subsequent follow up email requesting me to write a review for them here. However the service was so good that I can overlook this. Would be happy to shop with them again.
