The Bosch washing machine I originally ordered was out of stock which although I was a little dissappointed with, I was expecting it as I'd already had the same problem elsewhere. But a girl phoned me and offered an alternative AEG model which WAS in stock and came with a free five year guarantee.
Other than that, communications were excellent from beginning to end - given that the I'd already cancelled my order with another company after waiting 4 weeks and still nothing! I got a call the night before from the deliveries people with a PM timeslot, and the delivery guy also called me on his way to mine to give me a better indication of his arrival time - this was particularly useful to me as it meant not having to miss much time from work - and is something that isn't done often enough by online companies!
The price was similar on most sites, though I ended up with a different machine overall I got the extra bonus of the longer guarantee, so this company I would choose to use aga

Everyone, from the sales staff on the telephone to the delivery man, were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.They were very quick in their e-mail response and very efficient in their delivery service. They sent a text and an e-mail to say when the delivery day would be and managed to deliver within the 4 hour time slot that I was allotted - a breath of fresh air ! My washing machine was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition, they took the old one away - and all at a fantastic price.

They messed up my bill several times. They only deliver and pick up on Mondays and Wednesdays. The quality of the appliances are poor. The dryer we got has to be run three or four times before the clothes are actually dry. I would never recommend this company. Terrible service.
