Bought a fridge and TAW failed to deliver on the proposed delivery date communicated in an email. This left me without a fridge for 4 days. Although price is very competitive, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would not use TAW again; would rather pay extra money for a more reliable service.

Just bought a fridge freezer. Appliance Warehouse was one of the cheapest. for extra £15 they provided an extra bloke to carry it into the kitchen, and £15 to take away old appliance. They rang up day before to give a delivery time. It was in my kitchen by 8.50am. All sorted, no hitches. Absolutley brill! will use them again.

I am not in the habit of writing testimonials, not least because the service linked to online sales generally ranges from fair to appalling. Nevertheless I am writing to compliment the appliance warehouse team on every aspect of my customer experience. All the staff I dealt with from sales to after-sales to the delivery guy were exemplary, i.e. polite, friendly, efficient and customer focused. I also saved a significant amount of money (around £60) on a new bosch washing machine. Many thanks, well done and keep it up!

I ordered a fridge freezer in early May. At time of payment the delivery date was set at 21st May. But by the time they actually came around to delivering the product it was June 24th.
Would have been fine if they had delivered the product through the door. Although the delivery note says delivery to a ground floor location - the delivery driver initially refused to delver it beyond my door step. When I insisted, he tried to take it through the door and it didn't fit. The driver then just left the appliance at the door step and drove away - I refused to sign the delivery report and asked him to return the product and his comment was "I paid for it and I should deal with it".
To make things worse, the after sales support department insist that it was my fault.
The £20 extra you pay at Dixons or elsewhere is money well spent. Avoid The appliance warehouse at all costs.
