EXCELLENT SERVICE. I researched the washing machine through Which website and Appliance Warehouse were not the cheapest but £16 more. But the extra money gave me a five year guarentee and delivery came within 4 days. Very helpful people. Will use again.

I ordered a Zanussi 16581 Washing Machine and was impressed by the service and the competitive price. There was a slight delay (7 days) on the quoted delivery date but I was kept informed and the machine was delivered on the revised date and within the estimated time-slot. The delivery driver was very helpful and courteous, as were the customer service staff who contacted me by email and telephone. A professional team offering a professional service.
My only comment on the website is that a search facility would be useful.

Fantastic price and fantastic service. Far exceeded my expectation. My washing machine was delivered bang in the middle of the 4 hour time slot they gave me. I had a couple of queries and one was dealt with by Skype chat and one by email, both very promptly, and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
