The Appliance Warehouse - Information

I read about graded appliances on the Appliance Warehouse website and was impressed at the level of detail given. Reassured by the 7 day money back no quibble guarantee on such items, I ordered a Zanussi gas double oven at a fraction of the price I would have paid had I ordered from other on-line sellers or the big electrical superstores. The order was acknowledged immediately even though it was a Sunday and the oven arrived 7 days later. The delivery company were excellent and did exactly what they said they would do - texted me the time slot that they would deliver in, and stuck to it. The cooker has a one very minor cosmetic blemish on it which took ages to find, it works perfectly and I am delighted with it. I've saved nearly £200 by going for a graded appliance.

There was a delay in providing the product that I originally chose, however the sales team came up with a very acceptable alternative. The service I received from everyone from the sales team, delivery team and delivery dispatch officer was second to none. They were always extremely helpful and friendly and any queries I had were dealt with as promptly as possible. They gave the feeling that they actually cared about their customers even after the sale was made, unlike some of the more well known electrical outlets. I would certainly use them again. The product they provided (AEG Washing Machine) is excellent as is the free 5 year warrenty.

I ordered a 'graded' Zanussi washer/dryer online.for about £160 cheaper than the average price. When I rang the next day with a query, the lady who answered was very pleasant and helpful.
I received a email giving a delivery date, and asking if this was OK. It was fine, and I received another Email in confirmation.On the agreed date, the delivery driver phoned 15 minutes before he arrived. He too was pleasant and cheerful.The only fault with the machine was a small scrape on the side near the back, invisible when the machine was in place.I would certainly buy from this retailer again.

I'd forgotten what it's like dealing with a company that is so efficient. They were very prompt at responding to my enquiries, kept to all deadline dates given and to top it all delivered by a very nice man with a smile! Thanks to you all.....
