Ordered several items, the website says they are in stock but then nothing gets delivered. I rang to ask for a part order as I was told that some items were not in stock (apparently 'in stock' means that the supplier has them!). I was told that the part order could be delivered, but not by courier and it would be a further 3/4 days (the order was submitted 12 days ago). I then received a phone call to say that none of the order was in stock. They are high on promises and low on delivery. I asked for the name of the Managing Director, (Jonathan Ruff) and was told he didn't have an email address for me to complain to. Best avoid this company.

Yes
Ordered items from this company and they said they would be dispatched and they didnt. The website lookded good, but as I was soon to discover looks can be deceiving, I waited almost 5 weeks to get my order and when it did arrive it was not the right item, I phoned them up and after a load of if and buts the chap on the phone said that it was not their fault as they are in Jersey and the stock comes from a company in Switzerland, even though they say they are a UK company, I finally got the Managing Directors name a Jonathan Ruff or maybe its 'rough' as the service was, to date he has not replied to my letter and frankly i dont expect one.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALL I HAVE FOUND IS BAD REVIEWS, THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AS THEY ARE THIEVES.

You are well advised to avoid this organisation - it is, very possibly, the least-efficient and worst-organised 'company' (if they can be credited with this accolade) currently trading in computer accessories and consumables on the internet. They are very ready to take your money - credit cards are debited promptly - but, seemingly, unwilling to despatch the goods. I have used them - unwisely - on 3 occasions; each time I have, as the goods had not arrived had to contact them repeatedly by both email and phone. I believe other customers have never received the goods ordered, or have received inferior products - it's worth seeing the reviews posted on www.ciao.co.uk/Reviews/Memorybits_co_uk__6640855/Start/30
to see the catalgue of problems that this company has generated. Other 'real' companies put them to shame; this is the type of organisation that gives internet-trading a bad name.
