Electrical 123 - Information

This is a great retailer, I found they where the cheapest on line for the American fridge freezer we wanted. They emailed a 3 hour delivery slot on the day before delivery, no waiting in all day, the two man delivery was included in the price, over companies charged extra for this service. When they tried to get fridge freezer in thought the door, it would not fit door, so the delivery men removed the fridge freezer door, so it would fit and reassembled when in place. This is service well over what I expected and would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

this retailer, i cant fault them.... bought 2 televisions from them and they were delivered promptly and the delivery guy was particularly nice and even called to let us know he was on his way within the hour! The televisions were as described service all in all was 5 star from start to finish...... i recommend them highly, so much so that i have just bought a washing machine for my mum and am going to order one for myself next week too!!!! brilliant!!!!

Yesterday at 1040 I ordered a Panasonic Combination Microwave Oven.

I used the free delivery option, and it arrived this morning at 0930.

The whole process, including web design, booking delivery slot - was straightforward and easy to use.

I bought a 5 year extended warranty (my last top of range Panasonic went kaput 7 months out of manafacturer warranty), and phoned to confirm that this would arrive under separate cover. The call was answered promptly and politely, and it was nice to see that they use a local charge rate, rather than premium number.

Prices are competative as well.

Altogether, a very pleasant experience.
