When I spoke to Andy on the phone when I was forced to call Electrical Experience to check the progress of my order he told me the model I wanted was out of stock and new stock was expected in seven days. I rang seven days later to be told still out of stock and could not say when it could be guaranteed to be in stock. Having been without a TV for three weeks I was so exasperated I cancelled my order and have since received the model I required delivered free to my home within five days from another on line source. Whom I will recommend to my friends.
Excellent service. Exact product I wanted at the best price I could find. The product was delivered promptly and at the time agreed. Not much else to wish for really.
