after reviewing a selection of rowers for my home i decided to go with the tunturi 25 rower machine. took a while to setup and the manual was a little confusing but i am by no means technical, apart from that no quibbles.

I ordered my reebok treadmill from this company due to the next day delivery promised @ £7.50. I was informed that my treadmill wld b delivered b4 12 on tues, so my mum waited in all morning until 2pm just incase they were a bit late...No treadmill. Then after getting in touch with them i find out on orders over £100 they need proof of id (fair enough, we all have to protect ourselves from fraud these days) However i needed the treadmill asap, which is why i ordered next day delivery, otherwise i could have gone to argos who sell it at the same price. It seems to be an ok company with lots of stock, my big gripe with it are the staff, unable to send any proof of id as i wasn't in the country i decided to get my money back & go to purchase the treadmill locally the day i got back. I sent several emails to Angela asking for my refund, all of which were ignored! How rude. She ignored all my voicemails & all emails. It's tkn me 2 wks to get my money back & alot of perseverance. After viewing products that i liked on their website i decided to order them on a next day delivery service for about £4. Everything arrived this morning and I cannot wait to try out my equipment later today
