Brilliant company and first class customer service. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and they delivered the item as indicated and followed delivery instructions to the letter, fantastic. Fridge is fantastic, really pleased and so much cheaper than the usual suspects. Overall VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

After buying a dishwasher from JUAL on Wednesday of this week i was happy with the service i received. As many others have said, quick delivery and great prices. However i made a mistake and purchased a full-size dishwasher instead of a slimline one :(.
Having just received my delivery and noticed the larger sized box i called JUAL's customer service immediately to sort this out. I know this was no fault of JUAL's as i have received what i ordered but they were more than willing to help me. They arranged to swap the machine for a slimline version the very next day and with no fuss, i am more than happy. I was expecting to have an argument as i have had with other companies in the past with returns but not with JUAL.
The new machine i have is great. If you don't want any hassle i would definitely recommend using JUAL.

Found JUAL excellent. Received my dishwasher yesterday after ordering it at 3pm the day before and i couldn't be happier.
I received a phone call from a member of the JUAL sales team about 5min after placing the order online and the operator was more than helpful in arranging delivery for the following day for me. Its great as when i look elsewhere other companies charge extra for a Saturday delivery.
I always say when a company has been bad but i think its only fair in this case to post when a company has been excellent from start to finish. I recommend this company and will use them again.

Emily was very, very kind with me. Anyway I was buying a product that should be shipped in Rome (Italy) I still don't understand why when I asked for Iban code they refused and gave me only standard bank info that didn't match with specs asked by my online banking for international transfer. I had to change buyer (always from UK) that gave me the Iban code without problems, I sent them also the new SEPA transfer (thanks to European Central Bank for this innovation !!) so they received my money in their account in one day!
