Summary

I am one very happy jual customer after buying a new maching machine and side by side fridge freezer from them last week. After buying i got a phone call to confirm my order and arrange delivery for a time i was in and jual have not failed to perform. They delivered as promiced well within the time they told me and i had no issues what so ever.

i would use jual again. 5 stars.

Summary

Despite being told the item was in stock there was a three week wait for delivery! When the fridge freezer was delivered the driver refused to take the item into the house and left it in the drive way in driving rain and my wife was unable to move it until I returned from work 8 hours later!!! Very poor service this retailer tends to be cheap but do yourself a favour and spend the extra £10 elsewhere.

This customer placed an order online without checking stock availability - unfortunately the item was out of stock. Our salesteam offered the customer a full instant refund, or alternatively we could supply the product within 3 weeks. The customer was happy to wait. When the American fridge freezer arrived into stock, the delivery was booked in with the customer for a convenient date. The day before the delivery, the customer was given a timeslot for the delivery. The customer was happy with this. On arrival to the customers’ house, a lady asked the driver to bring the item into the house, but because of poor access he was unable to do so. The driver left the item outside the property, as requested by the customer who signed for the item. We cannot understand what the problem is, but if we have done anything wrong we apologise. Thousands of customers every week are happy with our service.

Summary

Never buy from this company. We paid for an instock product a month ago and are still awaiting delivery. We've chased constantly and when we tried to cancel have been told we could but they would take 50% of the money paid. Lets hope companies like this go bust in the recession, as i'd at least get my money back from the credit card company

We wish that customers making untrue statements would give their name!! We do not believe that this review was left by one of our customers. The review is untrue and unfair. To accuse us of saying we will keep 50% of the payment made is ludicrous, and completely made up. The law in this country states that a customer can cancel an item right up until the day of delivery and obtain a full refund. JUAL Domestics abide by all laws. With reference to the comment about the recession and being hopeful that our company goes bust – this comment is completely uncalled for, we would like to assure all customers that we will not be going bust!! Everybody knows that if a customer has a problem on a product purchased via a credit card the bank or credit card company will – if necessary – assist the customer to resolve the problem and if necessary refund the customer. This feedback is complete rubbish and very unfair. We would ask the author of this “review” to please call us if they are a true customer of ours.

Brilliant company and first class customer service. The guy I spoke to was really helpful and they delivered the item as indicated and followed delivery instructions to the letter, fantastic. Fridge is fantastic, really pleased and so much cheaper than the usual suspects. Overall VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

After buying a dishwasher from JUAL on Wednesday of this week i was happy with the service i received. As many others have said, quick delivery and great prices. However i made a mistake and purchased a full-size dishwasher instead of a slimline one :(.

Having just received my delivery and noticed the larger sized box i called JUAL's customer service immediately to sort this out. I know this was no fault of JUAL's as i have received what i ordered but they were more than willing to help me. They arranged to swap the machine for a slimline version the very next day and with no fuss, i am more than happy. I was expecting to have an argument as i have had with other companies in the past with returns but not with JUAL.

The new machine i have is great. If you don't want any hassle i would definitely recommend using JUAL.
