I recently purchased a hotpoint integrated washing machine from jual the price was cheaper than anywhere I could find and the salesman was very knowledgeable. delivered to me the following Friday well in the time slot I was given the day before overall a pleasure doing business with jual and I would highly reccomend them

I ordered a fridge freezer Monday 2 oclock told delivery could be between 7 in the morning and 8 at night the next day but JUAL called me at 4 oclock to book in the item for delivery at 7 oclock in the morning the next day. Excellent it saved me having the day off work.
They arived at 6:50am and their driver was very helpful and was a delight to deal with. Overall excellent service.

Bought a range cooker from jual and left it in my garage until the kitchen fitter moved it into the kitchen.
When the cooker was fitted the grill did not work, i was horrified. I had spent £800 on something which didnt work! I realised it was a manufacturers fault and spoke to a young lady at JUAL customer services who was very helpful and sympathetic. She arranged for an engineer who within 2 days had repaired the simple fault which was probably caused by my fitter.
Customer services were very helpful, buy with confidence from this company. Two of my friends have already used them and talk often about the savings and the service.

In the days where good consumer relations are key to any e-commerce business it is rare to find a company that excels in being rude and unreasonable post sale.
The Service agents are rude and do not see that they need to be "reasonable" to the consumer once the purchase has been made.
There is absolutely no flexibility in delivery time scales, they will attempt delivery the product in anti social hours - before 7am. Even if you warn them in advance that no one will be present at the delivery address - they simply say we shall deliver at this time. If you are not present then we shall charge you another £19 and most likely deliver it at the same time every day, charging additional fees along the way until somebody signs for it.
The customer explained that he lived over 50 miles away and that although Jual Domestics could deliver any day any time in the working day. Their response from their Duty Manager Alan (withheld his surname) was simply "You should get out of bed earlier..
