Order was placed on Friday afternoon and goods were received on Saturday morning, well packed and exactly as described. Price was extremely competitive, especially as it came with free deivery. All in all a first class service, I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to friends and collegues.
I was very pleased that my initial email query about delivery dates was dealt with so quickly. The delivery arrived early afternoon on the day I was expecting it. I am very happy with the service you provide.
I ordered the Camcorder over the Easter break. The site said the camcorder was "in stock". I received a confirmation email stating that a member of their team would contact me. I noticed after Easter that the camcorder was marked "awaiting stock". No member of the team contacted me and so I checked the status on their web site. There is no information available. I then telephoned them and was informed that it had been despatched to me that day. I pointed out that the confirmation email had said that someone would contact me and he sounded puzzled.
Nvertheless, great product and great price - so thank you for that!
Rang on wednesday 11am, goods were available, ordered on line, goods were delivered before 11am Thursday. Excellent. Tried other companies on the Wednesday morning, this company was very helpful over the telephone, had a very good price and delivered within 24 hours,( one of the other companies still hasn't rung me back to let me know if they have the camera in stock 6 days later.) We were extremely pleased with the service we recieved from 'LetsGoDigital' and we would definately use them again in the future.
