Summary
I ordered a digital top of the range pair of hair straighteners. The store sent me an analogue pair of straighteners that were totally different to the ones I ordered, cheaper and a lower model. I had to pay to send back the inferior pair, completed all the paperwork and was told my postage (£4) would be refunded. My straighteners arrived only to find they had been used and the package was not sealed. When I emailed the company my emails were ignored. I still haven't had my £4 postage refunded despite numerous emails over the last 4 months. I am just being ignored - What a fabulous way to run a business!! I would not recommend this store to any one.

Summary
To start with I had a problem ordering from their website because of a problem I did not understand, but was preventing me from placing my order.

I rang them up for the two different products I was after, they did a stock check there and then for me and then placed the order over the phone. I had the products within 3 days (with normal delivery) and all was well.

Placed another order via their website today and it was processed fine.

Overall, appart from that problem (whatever it was) at the time, I had no other problems with this company and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I recently bought a seleciton of hair products from this shop and i have to say firstly that the value for the whole lot was great!

All products came well packed which is my main worry for when i buy hair products, also it got delivered before expected so i cant realy fault this store.

Summary
I recently purchased the Babyliss Pro GT Ionic 2  Hairdryer from just beautifully and i have to say that they dealt with me very well. Admitingly I was a bit annoying with wanting to change my delivery address but everything turned out well and i got my product right on time for good value of moneys.
