Bennetts Online - Information

I've ordered 3 times from Bennetts Online and I can't really fault the experience at all.

The website could certainly do with some work as it doesn't have as much info and spec as it could do. Its a good looker though and was pretty easy to use.

The first time I ordered was about a year ago and I won't deny the delivery was delayed by a few days. However, the customer service was first class and they kept me up to date with emails.

On the subsequent orders delivery has been well within the expect time frame and again I was kept updated with emails. Having said this I am well aware that its not always possible to receive something ordered the next day without paying extortionate amounts so the 5 days is fine by me.

Have also got to commend the quality of the products. Other than the odd scuff to the packaging which is to be expected the items bought were all in top shape and all are still working beautifully.
