Everything went to plan, delivery men on time and most courteous, unpacking goods to make sure all was ok.

Vey fast delivery and able to track item easily.

Product availability and price, payment procedure on line and delivery advice contact ahead of delivery within a few days of order were all very good. Goods were inspected by the delivery team before asking me to sign any papers. Very satisfied with the service all round and more than happy to recommend Electro Centre. And the Samsung LED TV purchased - superb.

Prompt, professional transaction that was hassle free throughout. Good communication with regards to delivery. Very good value for money as i could not find this item any cheaper anywhere on the internet (and i can assure you i did try to look for it cheaper as most people would). I originally purchased the model below this one from a major high street store and they messed it up big style! I fortunately came across Electro Centre and found the next model up CHEAPER than what I had paid for my original one. That one I cancelled - as they messed up the delivery and bought from Electro Centre. I ordered it late morning on the Friday and it arrived at 11:20 on Saturday! They called to say it was going to be delivered and then on the day of delivery the called to say they would be there in around 10 mins. They were!! What more can you ask for - great price, free and quick delivery and kept informed of the process. Also, a follow up phone call to make sure we were happy. Not what I could say for the high street store - we had to call them, could not speak to the store directly and it took a week for them to find where the delivery was and then no apology!

I would highly recommend Electro Centre and will certainly be checking with them for future purchases first! The only negative comment would be that the website does not look that great and does not have much product detail but I researched my product extensively beforehand so I knew that it was what I was looking for.

Very happy with my purchase (LCD TV). Top marks 10/10 for everything.

This is the second item I have ordered from electro-centre. The prices are always the lowest on kelkoo. The items are always delivered quickly and the drivers are helpful.
