Summary

Never seen such a horrible service. Items ordered were delayed, where originally should have been delivered in 5 - 7 days. They let me know after a week that the 2 of my 4 items ordered will be delayed for 4 weeks. From the 3 items that supposed to be delivered after 3 weeks, 1 went missing. It took them 2 days to find where it is. No communication what so ever. I call a customer services representative who says a manager will contact you to discuss the problem, and he never does. A mess, a total mess. In the end i cancelled the order and got my appliances within 2 days of ordering from another retailer. I will never recommend this retailer.
