I ordered this product when my fridge freezer broke down so I had no fridge at all. I was prepared to wait some time for my chosen product but just before delivery, I was told there would be a further delay. If I had known the total length of time I would be without a fridge, I would not have ordered this product from you.
Would want more opportunity to examine the item for any scratches etc prior to signing the delivery in good condition receipt
Quick, easy to use ordering and purchase service at M&S Appliances. Very satisfied with the purchase experience overall.

Customer Service: When I printed off my order I noticed I had typed the wrong Mobile phone number. I phoned Customer Services, my call was answered promptly, and they were polite and efficient and changed the number.
Delivery: I expected a text the evening before with a time slot. I didn't get this. I got a call at 10:15am saying delivery would be between 12 and 4pm, hence I 'wasted' most of the morning. M&S could do better.
