The service was good, but let down by delivery company. No confirmation text or phone call evening before to notify the delivery slot. We had to phone and ask. Drivers themselves a bit late but excellent and they set the machine up quickly and without fuss. Full marks to them! Overall impression - good price and good service, but the latter needs a little fine-tuning.
I ordered this product when my fridge freezer broke down so I had no fridge at all. I was prepared to wait some time for my chosen product but just before delivery, I was told there would be a further delay. If I had known the total length of time I would be without a fridge, I would not have ordered this product from you.
Would want more opportunity to examine the item for any scratches etc prior to signing the delivery in good condition receipt
Quick, easy to use ordering and purchase service at M&S Appliances. Very satisfied with the purchase experience overall.
