Customer Service: When I printed off my order I noticed I had typed the wrong Mobile phone number. I phoned Customer Services, my call was answered promptly, and they were polite and efficient and changed the number.
Delivery: I expected a text the evening before with a time slot. I didn't get this. I got a call at 10:15am saying delivery would be between 12 and 4pm, hence I 'wasted' most of the morning. M&S could do better.
Good service, products, speed of delivery and value for money.
Not quite the lowest price but reputation, quick availability of product and, from past experience, good delivery service made M&S the best buy for me.
very straight forward to order and quick delivery. Costs in total better value than John Lewis. Will definately shop for white goods again with M and S online. Thank you.
