we purchased a miele washig machine on marks and spencers website on thursday evening and asked for it to be delivered on saturday.we received confirmation of order and delivery within a few minutes then on friday we were told it would arrive between 9.30 and 12.30.on saturday moorning we had a phonecall to say it would be between 11.30 and 1.30. it arrived at 1.00 was fitted and tested the old one taken away.no hassle very pleased.
