Summary
bought a washing machine from this site, was the only one I could find anywhere, everybody else was quoting end of september before it was even available to bosch, was a bit dubious but it came through very quickly, they quoted 7-10 working days, but i ordered it on a wednesday and it was delivered the very next wednesday, really pleased, really surprised, will definitely use again.

Summary
Ordered a couple of items from this site that I forgot to order for my kitchen, they were delivered today, well before I expected them, really pleased, last time I did my kitchen it was a nightmare, this time has been surprisingly easy thanks to the retailers I've used.
