JXL - Information

Ordered a Panasonic Blu Ray Player. They offered a good price & delivery was fast. Very pleased with my purchase.

Well designed website with plenty of product info. Reading their DVD Recorders guide I chose the Sony RDRHXD995. Ordered the item online on Monday evening & took delivery Wednesday lunchtime.

The item was easy to set-up, & I have found the Record Series link a particularly useful feature.

Lastly I received a phone call from JXL a week after taking delivery of the Recorder to check if everything was ok with my purchase. This follow up call impressed me as you don't expect retailers to be concerned once the sale has been made. But I suppose its a good idea on their part as it led me to write this review.

Overall my experience with JXL has been positive & I will use them again in the future.

Purchased a Sony 32" LCD TV. Order process was simple enough & I received order confirmation from JXL & Google Checkout. I was called the following evening to let me know that delivery had been booked in for the next day. The TV turned up around Midday at my work address (one of the reasons I chose JXL was the option of having it delivered to an alternate address) & it has worked perfectly fine since.

Very happy with my order & would consider JXL in the future.

Please note - as with the previous correspondent here, I ordered goods from this company and they were not delivered, even though they deducted the full amount from my credit card. They are impossible to communicate with by email telephone or mail. They never answered on their Customer Services phone number. Do not order anything from this company.

DON'T USE THIS RETAILER!! I'VE BEEN STUNG BIG TIME BY THIS COMPANY,THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DELIVERED NOTHING!!
I AM CURRENTLY TAKING THEM TO COURT.
