I have got Sony HDR TG 7ve camcorder from them. Very good and prompt service. My order arrived in proper order, I would definitely shop with them in the future. Not sure about all the negative comments!!!
May be I was lucky, but I got spot on response when I got in touch with them on day 3 of my order, only to know my package was already on the way.
May be they are slow in sending you the tracking order via e-mail, But if you are so interested - you can as well give them a ring and find out.
You can see for yourself, the prices on this site are really attractive when compared with others, If you are after saving your money and to get a better bargain- why not try them out.

I ordered a fz28 Camera from these guys purely because the price could not be matched anywhere in the WORLD!!. Like most I was very concerned after placing the order that I would never receive my item or whether some other natual disatser may reslut in my order going astray. So the story goes that I ordered Tue 25th Aug about 9am,
called the lady same day after reading the reviews mentioning my concerns and was reassured all would be well. I even sent an email to the available address asking the possibility for a Fri 28th Aug delivery due to needing it for a holiday.
I then called on the thursday advising i had no internet access so if i could have the tracking number. was called back in about an hour with the number. tracked it with DHL who said it was out for pick up, called them again Thursday evening was advised to my delightful surprise it was out for delivery Friday. The item arrived in perfect condition friday afternoon. Got this item for £216 (the cheapest ANYWHERE) V.V happy

Decided to take a chance despite mixed reviews. In essence you can't beat the value for money. Yes they take longer than other suppliers and their communication isn't as sharp as other retailers. However they are great on price and the item was exactly as described. So far we are exceptionally pleased with Epson projector we purchased. Give them a chance, just be patient as they take a few days longer than rest.

I recently purchased a 265wt sat nav from B4Udirect and they sent it with a vital missing part the FM traffic reciever, after emails sent to an operative called kerry I was told that they they do not sell this make with the reciever. Further emails have not been answered. I will now have to pay registered post to return the item and get my credit card company involved. My advice, stay away from this company they are rubbish.
