I ordered a SONY HDR-TG7 Camcorder + LCM-TGA Case + NP-FH50 Battery + MSMT8GN 8 GB Memory Stick Pro Duo Card + HDMi male/HDMi mini male Cable (2m) for a net-busting price of only £659.24on Sunday evening 26 July 2009.

Then....I read the reviews....A mistake? Will my items turn up? Why were they so cheap?

Monday - No E-Mail. Tuesday, I contacted a customer service assistant named Kerry at B4U Direct.com, expressing my concerns about the amount of negative feedback about the company she worked for.

I received a prompt E-mail back, allaying my concerns guaranteeing delivery within a week.

Thursday 30 July 9:03 a.m., a DHL tracking notification E-Mail in my in box. 11:07 a.m., products arrive.

Could communication have been better? Yes. A tracking service on the site would be useful. Other than that, a first class service. Would recommend to anyone. Fantastically cheap, almost unbelievably so!!

I recently placed an order, after hours, and then cancelled it within 2 hours (i.e. both the order and cancellation were done before the following working day started)

I cancelled the order, 5 days prior to its dispatch, however they refused to cancel the order - telling me to reject it on delivery (and it will refunded less postage).

I do not believe it wasn't possible to cancel the order, and it was done to keep the fee, especially as they take considerable longer to deliver than most sites . (And I have read similar reviews to this affect elsewhere)

The only other reviews I could find, prior to ordering were also of a negative nature - mostly concerning the delivery time scale, and customer services while querying the orders status, or the problem I have just outlined.

It is also worth noting that everything is listed as in stock!

I recently ordered a Sony a350K DSLR kit with an extra 70 to 300 telephoto lens, and carry case for 30% less than the nearest rival price.
I placed the order at 10pm on Friday night and got the standard email response, on Saturday I started thinking that the deal was to good to be true so I came to this site to check out the company review, to my horror the reviews are pretty negative so I started to panic, I decided to wait until the following Friday to see if my order would actually arrive, to my pleasant surprise I received an e-mail whilst at work from B4Udirect informing me that my order was on its way with 2 tracking numbers for dhl which I checked to find that both packages where sent on Monday and where being delivered as I was checking the parcels. when I got home from work I found waiting for me exactly what I had ordered well packaged and in perfect condition I say Well done B4Udirect great service I will be using them again I feel good service should be praised so many peo

Wow!! They say quality comes at a price, and in this case the saying must be right. These guys are CHEAP and have a cheap service to match.

I ordered a sony camera which arrived 5 days LATE. They then argued about a refund (though I cheekily recorded the conversation) but finally got them to admit error.
They then arranged collection after another week and asked me to await refund after 7 days. After 12 days... they deliver me the camera AGAIN! and here I am now trying to get the refund. If only I had read these reviews earlier.

IMHO, the positive reviews on this page must be from their staff. Don't trust them. I have/do use LOTS of online retailers for lots of things, and these guys are the worst by a mega mile.

I wish I had never had any contact with this company. I ordered a sony digital camera and was promised del. within 2-3 days. I was told the camera had been delivered but apparently to a wrong post code. On contacting them, after tracking it down it was supposed to have been delivered back to their warehouse somewhere in Europe. The camera was a birthday present. After many calls (even from abroad) which cost a fortune, I was assured it would be delivered. Needless to say no camera arrived. This is the most diabolical firm I have ever dealt with. They are totally useless and frankly I wish I had read the reviews before I even considered ordering. Never received the goods no explanation given, all I can say they are the very worst company I have come across and would not touch them with a bargepole.
