Summary
Ordered item (HP Ipaq 914c) on the 17th June, called to chase delivery 24th June as item had not arrived and was advised it had been despatched, had to call again 30th June as the goods still had not arrived. Had to call 4 times in total on the 30th only to be advised the goods had been lost by the courier and they have no more stock.
My credit card was charged on the 25th - awaiting refund.
Communication from this comapny is very poor and customer service agents not very helpful at all - avoid
