I ordered a Fujitsu-Siemens laptop for excellent value from CDiscount last week and was very pleased that everything went so smoothly. I got a free upgrade to express delivery and the laptop was delivered to the door the next working day after I placed my order. It was in perfect condition and easy to install.
I cannot comment on their refunds/returns service, but maybe the previous reviewers' complaints are a sign that this is not something CDiscount handles all the time.
The tracking service they use is fantastic - good overview of each step, from them taking it off the warehouse shelf to how far away the delivery van is. (Other tracking services may just say "Dispatched" and you are left wondering what that means in practice.)
I buy products on the internet a lot and can warmly recommend CDiscount as a reliable place to shop.

I have been using this retailer for a few months now and have never had an issue with the delivery of any item.
I ordered a laptop last week and it arrived damaged so i refused delivery and called the customer service expecting a painful process of refunds and re ordering but i have to say it was the opposite they where very apologetic and simply sent another out to me that arrived 3 days later
The only issue i have had with this company is i returned a tv last month and i had to wait 11 days for a refund but at least it arrived and was correct
In my experience of on-line retailers this company is not the best ever but is pretty good

I bought a 47 inch LG tv, a tv stand and a Sony WB550 camera from this site on 01/07/2009. I upgraded to next day delivery, but the next day came and went and still no delivery. I waited until the 03/07/2009 to call up customer services and ask about my order, they advised me that there was a logistical problem with the courier and it will be sent after the weekend. On Monday 06/07/2009 I called up again as the order had not been shipped, again I was told that it would be shipping shortly - 6pm that night to be exact. The next day the order was still not shipped, but I received an email advising that the order will be shipped that day. The next day I sent 2 emails asking about the progress of my order as my account page on the website still stated that it was not shipped. I got no reply to these emails, so on Thursday 09/07/2009 I called up customer services to be told that I had canceled my order with a girl called Danielle. I spoke with no such person and was blatantly being lied to

I got a pair of trainers for a good price at cdiscount, only problem was that they got delayed in transit. Had to email them to find out what was going on and got a reply fairly quickly stating the issue..
I shop a lot online and found them to fairly good.
