I felt I had to write a review to create some balance as the majority of reviews here seem to be negative. I ordered 2 laptops on Wednesday 11 June and have received them today, Monday 15 June. I used the 3 month payment method and everything went like clockwork. Orders were validated on Wednesday and I received an email to confirm this, orders were shipped on Friday 12 June, and again, I received an email to confirm this. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend on the service I've received.
Reading previous reviews I was slightly apprehensive, but chose to proceed anyway as the laptops I ordered were up to £300 each cheaper than other websites I looked at.
All in all a very easy and non complicated process.

I feel the need to write a review on this company after seeing all the adverse comments relating to other people's experiences..... I ordered a Henry Hoover, which I paid for by Credit Card and waited with bated breath to see if I were about to have "paid out" for nothing as some of the other users seem to have experienced. I received an E-mail confirmation that my order had been validated that same afternoon, and an E-mail a day later to say that my goods had been despatched, and then 2 days after that received my hoover packaged in excellent condition... I did not have to contact either CDiscount company or HDN...... I appreciate that occasionally things go wrong with orders after receiving some poor customer services on occasions myself, and maybe the problem lies in the After Sales department. I would recommend giving this company a try as the prices were phenomenally cheaper for the product I required and I experienced NO difficulties whatsoever.....

Wanted to buy a new camera for my other half as we broke ours while on holiday last year. CDiscount had a great deal on Sony 10 Megapixel cameras and the 3Discount option was really helpful as it meant I could by her a great camera without having to pay all at once (and no interest charges either) For me the buying experience was really easy and delivery arrived on the forth day. Called customer services to check on delivery times and they were both courteous and helpful.
I have since ordered with them again for some electrical goods for the house and again all items came promptly and as described. Would gladly recommend, as their prices are really good value and their selection of items seems to be growing each week!!

Absolutely disgusted!! Keep away from this retailer. Ordered a laptop as a gift for my son, paid in full using my debit card yesterday & selected express delivery. Then rang them today to ask about the delivery only to be told I'd failed their security check!!! What security check when I paid for the item in full using a debit card, I was then told they had definitely received payment but my ordered had been cancelled. the advisor, called Danielle couldn't tell me why due to data protection!! Data protection is their to protect an individual not hinder them. The only explanation she could give was that when I registered with them I used my everyday name of 'Jacci' but when I made the payment I used my 'Sunday' name to which my card is registered in, which is Jacqueline!!!! I've now been told I'll have to wait at least 3 to 5 working days for a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM - THEY APPEAR TO BE CHEAPER BUT THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY AND YOU NEVER GET THE GOODS..
Do Not use them unless you like to hand over you money and not get anything for it.
I order a Dyson which was in stock and paid for rapid delivery - a week and a half later - still no dyson. Apparently the delivery company has attempted and let a card several times and I have been here every time and they didn't ring my doorbell OR leave a card.. Some at the delvery company actually rang me and told me there were coming today - yet still no delivery.. So I still have no dyson.. When you ring and talk to them the best thing they say they can do is email the delivery company as they don't have their phone details. The guy I just spoke to suggested I go to google and try and find the contact number of the delivery company myself and talk to them directly.. He also told me the delivery company have no GPS system or mobile phones for the drivers.. I would also avoid any company that
