Summary
This is without doubt the worst online retailer I have ever come across. These guys are a bunch of dishonest rogue traders. DO NOT TRUST THEM!  they have taken my money 6 months ago and I cannot get in contact with them, and on the rare occasions that I have got through, they make excuses and promise to call back but never do. I was promised a refund months ago, but nothing!

WARNING DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY, plenty of sales pitch accept your money, but you have to wait and wait for delivery, customer service is zero, never answer emails, and spin a yarn on the phone. very poor quality,even the metal work is rustly and over painted with bits dropping off. they sent someone to repair mine, but made it worse, then agreed to replace, but still waiting, I have asked them to pick it up and return my money under their SATISFATION GUATANTEE OR YOUR MONEY BACK, another joke, they failed to collect it and wont refund, am now reporting to trading standards, and contacting tv and press to get them exposed. Recliners do not work-2 seater 1 seat 2" higher than the other, large gap between 2 seats, rusty metal work, the problems just go  on and on.
