Summary
A very enjoyable shopping experience. I was especially impressed with the call centre staff. Although my understanding is they are a reasonably small team everyone I spoke to was very helpful, which is a change to the normal E-retailer who when you ask for help give you the normal "email us". Only problem I came across was there is maybe not enough flexability on their deliveries.
