I am extremely pleased with the whole experience in buying my dishwasher.
The delivery was first class, the drivers very polite and helpful. Delivery time slot text to my mobile as stated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Ordered next day delivery on w/m and dryer. Did not receive text or call to let me know delivery slot. I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT delivery was not going to be next day and was arranged following but order was not put on lorry and had to wait over weekend for order!! Took 2 days holiday from work for nothing! Should of arrived Thurs - came Monday - very poor!!
The product I wanted was in stock. The only issue was that the Next website appears to be incompatible with Internet Explorer 8; any time I tried to complete my order the website just logged me out! There may be an issue with the code on the webpage (i.e. when clicking the button to confirm the order) or with my system. In the end I used a different web browser (Opera) and was able to complete the order. However, less technical users may give up instead of starting another browser! After the order was placed, the service was excellent. I received the confirmation email, the confirmation text, the text with the delivery time slot and the automated phone call with instructions. The driver also called on the morning of the delivery to confirm my delivery was on its way and the time slot. Overall, it couldn't get any better other than dealing with the website issues.
I was very impressed with the service of the delivery. Expert Logisitics were prompt and efficient and 'crew no AV135' couldn't have been more helpful. I would definately use this service again!

Following our experience of dealing with 'Next' we cancelled our order(washing machine).After booking on line and recieving our confirmation e-mail we did not recieve our next day delivery time. I rang to find it out and was told that the credit card transaction had not gone through(even though I had confirmation) and the delivery or purchase would not go ahead.
After initially ending it there, we decided to re-order via the telephone,the lady took all the details and after about 20 minutes it was all in place, she said that the transaction couldn't go ahead until we opened a next account.I was at work and didn't have the time but she said my wife(who had taken the day off work to accept our initial order)could open it using our order number, she could then call the lady back with the account number,finalising the order.My wife used the order number we were given to open the account but incredibly after another lengthy telephone ordeal was told by the person who had just opened t
