Cool Shop UK - Information

Cancelled my order to save themselves some money and then lied to me about it.

I ordered call of duty 2 from coolshop and received confirmation that they had dispatched and taken payment. Nothing came. Website has no contact details - a live chat customer services which gives no useful information. I couldn't download the refund form and when it was emailed to me there was no fax number to return it. I sent several messages to their website - which were removed so other customers didn't
see my comments. They are now promising a refund - which I have yet to receive

Seems they have messed up big time with advanced warfare 2, they stated on their website that is ordered before the 09th November then you'll receive it the day of release, mine isn't here and the comment section on their website has people asking where their copy is, they have also turned off their helpline number which I guess is because they were being swamped by calls and it just goes straight to a answer machine message. So they say a statement which they can't back up, false advertising,never use these again,will be forwarded to watchdog also. Also they sell imports ,taken from their website....Although the majority of games sold on Coolshop are specifically for the UK market, there will be some instances where in our effort to offer the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE PRICES some stock may say NOT TO BE SOLD IN THE UK.

I ordered a product from these cowboys, really looked forward to receiving it, only for them to email me days later to say they had made a pricing error & they have now cancelled my order! that was that! they made an error & completely cancelled the order.Unbelievable!!

Really not impressed, if thats the way you carry on your business i don't want to know. steer well clear of!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered from them for the first time because the price was the cheapest and it arrived the next morning, very impressed.
