I went to the Boots site because we are having a new kitchen fitted and the distributor had forgotten to order two items. Boots were able to offer one of them fairly competitively priced but also able to deliver quickly. I ordered online. The ordering was straightforward and the rest of the process was completely hassle-free. I'm impressed. Thanks!

Although the 1st dishwasher delivered was damaged in transit, the driver was very helpful and Boots rang me within half an hour to arrange a new delivery within a reasonable time frame. Delivery drivers excellent, Boots customer care also excellent.

I was impressed by the web site and the ease of purchase. I was particularly impressed by the contact arrangements in terms of delivery - with messages to land line and mobile phone. The only negative comment that I have is that the delivery was late and had it not been for the fact that I have builders in the appliance would not have been unpacked or located in the correct place.

very poor delivery service arrived at 9pm told it would be between 1 and 5 as a result son missd football

left in packet when opend dints in freezer section but only accepted as integrated so would not be seen and would be so inconvenient to send back.

the delivery man offered no apolagy or explanation for why so late.

overall verydisappointed as service had been recommended but cetainly did not match recommendations
