Good pricing, good availability. Lots of info re delivery time and delivered within time slot which was really great. Not so happy with the hard sell telephone call I received later that day to try to get me to buy lifetime cover for my appliance - I didn't buy as the offer was only on 'for that day' and I was completely put off by the salesperson's persistence.

I did not like late notification of non availability of one item. I did not like the washing machine being unpacked in the lorry and then transported un-protected into location. There appear to be parts missing from delivery i.e. spanner, guarantee registration card, I assume due to method of unpacking. No problem with dishwasher delivery exactly as I expected and had previously experienced.
