Your website description of the appliance is inadequate. The grill is not a "variable grill". It is either on or off. The grill shelf is variable as it can be moved up or down. Trade Description Act? The booklet gives sparse information on cooking temperatures - what does "S" mean. It says that the backing tray should be larger than the grill pan, but they are both the same size. Both oven lights turn on when only using one oven and there is no method of turning them off while cooking. This is a waste of electricity.
