The web site is good but the delivery was terrible. I was not available to recieve the cooker so my daughter stood in for me. My daughter states the the delivery men banged the cooker about as they were going up the stairs. they dumped the cooker in the kitchen and then went off. On your delivery instructions it states that the delivery men will unpack the cooker for inspection then take away the packaging. None of this happend so is this basis I will not be recommending you to any one else. If I do buy from you again(extremely unlikely) I will make sure that I am at the delivery point.

I oredered the product online, which was duly processed by Boots. Two days before delivery I received a phone call to say there would be a delay of a month.

Ordered the product through an alternative supplier and was delivered three days later.

The Boots price for the particular item we required was by far the best of the major suppliers we compared. The ordering process , speed of delivery, the delivery process itself, including being kept informed at all stages of exactly when the delivery would be made, were all excellent. Thank you very much.
