Summary
I thoguht I would give Zavvi a try thining it would be along the same lines a play.com and amazon.co.uk but the service received and delivery was terrible. I would not use them again. Ordered a game for my PS3 on pre-order for deliver on the date of release, and 15 days after release still no game! Zavvi have been very poor in sorting this out and the latest customer representitive that I dealt with even tried to suggest to me that Scotland in outside of the UK and therefore was subject to a longer delivery timescale and that I would have to wait upto 30 days before they would investigate rather than the normal 10days for UK deliveries.

Very poor. They might have 'new mangement' but these guys won't last long with service standards like this.
