KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered apple tv3 from them on 22 march . Did not receive the item as promised even after 8 working days. Cancelled my order on 3 april . Still waiting for my refund after one month.
I ordered the same item through amazon and got the item delivered next day

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. Last year I ordered a lense through these guys and although it was a little late it did arrive. Now however they have really nose dived. I purchased a Canon EOS 5d mkII body 2 weeks ago. Money went out. then a few days alter they said I had to provide proof of who I was. NatWest said this is unnecessary.. anyway I went with it. I now can not get in contact with them (53 minutes waiting on the phone... then disconnection without answer).

I am scared. but thankfully have ordered on credit card. Will now try everything I can to get my money back. Will also be asking Price Runner why they allow such a dubious retailed to advertise through them.

Their prices look good.. but given that you will never get the goods. its not hard to offer a good price.

DONT USE THEM EVER!!!

They promised the order would ship in 2-4 days... 7 days later. it hadn't shipped. It took 2 days to respond unsatisfactorily to an email enquiry and then 90 minutes on hold to speak to somebody -
a surly customer service operator who wouldn't let me speak and deluged me in flood of excuses. He wouldn't cancel my order on the phone and demanded I sent an email. There is nothing on their website that gives an address. company registration number. or even any indication of which country they are based in (Hong Kong. apparently). Boy. these guys just tick ALL the boxes.

I asked my bank to cancel my credit card. Seriously.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered from them and then they requested proof of identity to proceed with my order. I felt uncomfortable emailing this to them so cancelled my order. yet they still took payment. I have chased them for my refund now numerous times and now pursuing refund through my credit card company. ITS NOT WORTH IT. BUY ELSEWHERE

Worst company ever - avoid at all costs. They accept the order. immediately charge your card. however 10 days later the item was not shipped and there is absolutely no response from them - to my phonecalls and emails. AVOID!!!!!
