I ordered my fridge freezer and within 24 hours I received a voice mail from someone called Ben asking that I call him back to confirm my order.
I called back 5 times to no answer just a voice mail.
A week later I received an email saying my order was cancelled and the item wasn't available which resulted in me having to purchase another fridge freezer at £114.00 additional cost.
A very poor service indeed and I wouldn't not return to this company or recommend them to anyone I know. If they closed down tomorrow it would be all they deserved as customer service is not their strong point.
