I had big problems with the company fulfilling the delivery (Parcel Force) but BE Direct personnel were very impressive, answering their phones instantly in both cases and immediately sympathised with my plight. They set to work tracking the parcel (as far as I can wwork out, the PF driver simply scrawled 'couldn't find' on his consignment so he could finish early.
The BE Direct contact however suggested the ideal solution - go and fetch it from the Depot myself, which is what I doid
And the product is now installed and working happily.
So I am very pleased with BE but less pleased with Parcel Force (although it might just have been a rogue - or new - driver)

Ordered online on Sunday night, they telephoned me on Monday morning to agree delivery date and I received the TV lunchtime Tuesday! Brilliant service and brilliant product!
Good of them to check the credit card details by phone, would have liked to have been able to track the parcel as it did not arrive on the day stated over the phone when checking the credit card details.
Otherwise polite and helpful staff both when I rang to check stock (as we had been let down by another company after a four day wait)and when they called me to check credit card details.
They told me there was a problem with the address of my credit card.I spoke to my credit card company and there was no problem with the card being linked to my address.This was then agreed with BE Direct and they instucted me that the TV would then be sent out on next day delivery.The next day the TV had not arrived by 3pm so I contact there customer services to be told that it had not been put on the carrier even though it was in stock.They then told me that I had missed the carrier for that day so they will put it on the carrier the day after for next day delivery.It has now arrived.It took a total of 6 days from ordering to delivery.Within the whole process I did not recieve any email confirmation of what was going on.

Overall a good sales experience.
Highly satisfied with the customer support I received after first fride/freezer I received was damaged. New one replaced promptly. Everyone very helpful on telephone and ringing back as promised.
